Job description ABOUT MANGO DIGITAL From data to ta-dah. Since Mango Digital linked with YouNet has been established, our creative works have been supported by mar-tech ecosystem, especially social listening tool SocialHeat and the largest pool of qualified influencers SocialLift. We are now more than capable of turning client requests into remarkable outcomes that do not only stay long in people‘s minds but also boost business. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Communication Visual Direction (50%) Brainstorm and deliver high quality creative ideas for digital-led IMC campaigns and fully QC (quality control) visual/idea production throughout campaigns/projects. (10%) Deliver updated digital creative trends/formats to ensure breakthrough digital customer experiences from websites to mobile apps, social media campaigns. (10%) Consult clients the right art direction and continually upgrade artworks on the way. (20%) Contribute to all sorts of design and production support to the team. Focusing on innovation and quality within measurable resources (budget, timeline). (10%) Management (25%) Work under high pressure with heavy workload & multi-projects (4-5 projects) at a time. (5%) Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve your teamwork. (10%) Well collaborate with other teams (internal & external) to enhance creative quality. (10%) Leadership (25%) Manage team performance (5-7) designers/junior art director members. (5%) To live the company culture and motivate the team members as a role model. (5%) Coach and lead art/design team to upgrade technical art skills and creative mindset and follow up team members‘ career path. (5%) Inspire and collaborate with your co-workers to produce inventive, thoughtful, outstanding work for clients and deliver core competency of Mango company. (5%) Cultivate an understanding of industry trends and share your insights with the team by monthly/quarterly workshops. Having a strong social/ digital background. Always updated with latest trends/ new formats/ platforms, etc. & open minded to meet fast-changing demands from the industry. Can-do attitude in a dynamic team working environment. Experienced in managing a team of designers/art directors of junior levels.
