Responsibilities

Team introduction: The international live broadcast team is responsible for the live broadcast business of the company's overseas product matrix. The work content includes the interactive dynamic effect of the upper layer, the push-pull flow of the lower layer, and audio and video communication. In addition, there will be more considerations at the architectural level, such as how to isolate the differentiation between multiple apps, how to maximize the reuse of basic capabilities, and how to solve the problem of dependency inversion. Joining us will not only broaden your international horizons, but also gain more comprehensive skill growth, involving knowledge in live push-pull streaming, beauty, audio and video, image processing and other fields. 1. Responsible for the overall quality assurance of the international live broadcast multi-scenario business, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery of business, including but not limited to Android/iOS, Windows, Web, Server and other fields 2. Responsible for building a quality assurance system suitable for the business, promoting the implementation and optimization of processes, tools, and quality-specific technologies in the business 3. Responsible for test team building and team management, formulating team goals and implementing them, and establishing a team talent training mechanism.

Qualifications

1. More than 5 years of experience, bachelor degree or above in computer or related majors 2. Proficient in any language such as Java/C/C++/Go/Python, with good technical ability 3. Have in-depth test technology accumulation and project experience in at least one direction of Android/iOS/Windows/Web/Server 5. Experience in team management and talent cultivation is preferred 6. Extra points: basic English expression skills, overseas study or project experience is preferred.
