About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest grain marketing and supply chain businesses in Australia.

Job Description

  • Provide a high level of Administration support and a great customer experience for internal and external stakeholders
  • Office maintenance; liaising with contractors/maintenance team,
  • Office upkeep; ordering office supplies e.g. stationary, milk, tea etc. ensuring, safety inspections, keeping the office tidy
  • Manage/book travel and accommodation
  • Partnership with the HR team; data entry, system reporting, social media, internal communications
  • Event management; catering, internal events, R U OK Day? IWD etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in an Office Administration/Office Manager/Data Administrator role
  • Friendly, easy-going and mature minded
  • Team player who can also work independently!
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Proficient across Microsoft suit and CRM systems
