A Full-time Mobile cleaning Operative is required.
From 11am - 8pm
Applicants must be responsible and willing to work as part of a team, each day is different with new challenges every day.
We are looking for someone willing to work hard and grow within the company. This is a very varied role and some of the job duties (but not limited to) include;
- The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behavior whilst on duty Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building
- Covering and cleaning when required either sickness, holiday or deep cleans
- Reviewing work schedules
- Review of stock levels and ordering of cleaning materials
- Monitoring of all cleaning activities
- Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
You will be provided with a company vehicle (plus fuel card) and expected to travel to client sites regularly to review/monitor activities
Provide training to existing and new staff Regularly reporting and providing updates to the Senior Cleaning Supervisor and Contract Manager
Liaising with office-based staff on any matters requiring attention.

Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
