Maintenance Manager [Australia]

As the Reliability Leader/ Maintenance Manager your focus will be in leading and developing the Maintenance team to be focused on implementing the reliability plan. You will ensure appropriate resources and equipment are available to deploy the plan to maximize uptime.

You will implement the strategy involving all members of the Bradken Wodonga Team and for all equipment and processes. As an organized resource, you will plan and schedule maintenance for optimum cost, in line with the reliability plan and maintenance budgets.

You will establish planned, predictive, and autonomous equipment maintenance plans, with frequency and time frame that supports reduced equipment downtime and output. As a leader, you will scope, prioritize, plan, execute and monitor improvement projects for the team.

As a member of the Site Leadership Team you will visibly contribute to site leadership, working collaboratively with the Site Manager and Your peers to develop and deliver a world class safety culture, a carbon neutral process by 2030 as well as being part of Bradken Wodonga’s growth strategy and Bradken’s global mid-term plan for growth.

Key Technical Criteria:
  • Supervisory / Leadership experience in a Industrial Maintenance environment. Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical
  • Experience in the use of a computerised maintenance management system such as MEX
This role will be based in Wodonga, AU.
