- Administering and updating of employee' database timely and accurately (HR software/ Masterlist)
- Onboarding / Off Boarding process (Orientation and preparation)
- Assist in staff confirmation / half / yearly performance process / monitoring
- On Board and Off Boarding Email creation / removal of staff
- Creation and maintaining of HR Administration report / HR software
- Timely Update Organizations Chart accurately / Maintain all employee's P-File (Personnel documents) and ensure the confidentiality
- Maintaining / Filing HR & Admin related documents
- Drafting of employment, HR related agreements and letters
- Assist in Training & Development for employees
- Improvise and update employee orientation and issue uniforms when applicable
- Assist in all Company events
- Uniform, Name tag ordering when required for SG and MY
- In-charge of HQ pantry and stationery ordering
- Season Parking renewal, tracking, and maintaining
- Opening company letter box
- Assist to set up and maintain all the necessary procedures, guidelines, phone calls, emails, functions of the HR & Admin department and ensure HQ general cleanliness
- Assist and maintaining in employee's welfare / benefits
- Assist in disciplinary enquiries and grievance procedures
- All other duties as assigned by the Management & superior

Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
