REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in e-Commerce channel management

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred

  • Strong written communication skills, with a flair for copywriting.

  • Excellent in multi-tasking

  • Well organized and committed to meet deadlines

  • Takes initiative & able to work independently as well as in a team

  • Rigorous, results-focused, reliable with strong attention to detail

  • Able to use Adobe software for simple layout edits

  • Be willing to take additional responsibilities when circumstances arise and put in additional efforts to complete the assigned tasks


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Online Business Management:

  • Oversee the overall operation of domestic online platforms, with a focus on the Naver Brand Store /

MUSINSA / SIVILLAGE and collaboration with agencies for other major channels

  • Manage orders, conduct monthly campaigns, handle exchanges and returns, and ensure smooth operation

of the main store.

  • Establish domestic local online sales targets and develop digital campaigns and monthly event plans to

achieve KPIs.

  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, marketing activities, and ROI analysis.
  • Coordinate settlement data reporting for directly operated channels, such as Naver, and ensure inventory

reconciliation.

  • Update the connection between the HQs Ordering System and operational channel purchase orders.
  • Forecast inventory for newly launched products and conduct sales inventory analysis.
  • Explore new business channels.


Digital Marketing:

  • Plan annual online promotions and event plans for each important channel-specific event.
  • Plan the annual marketing budget, including detailed plans for important promotions and additional

marketing activities by channel.

  • Prepare launch schedules for new products, coordinate with the global team for necessary visual assets
  • Plan and scheme for live commerce (Mainly NAVER).
  • Lead off-site marketing activities (updating Naver brand search ads, Naver GFA, Kakao Mobon, Bizboard

ads, etc.).

  • Manage KakaoTalk channel for updating contents


PR:

  • Localize PR strategy based on global guidelines
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with local influencers and media
  • Work closely with PR agency and manage all communications to promote the brand
  • Responsible for all copywriting and communications materials
